Chicken Breast wrapped in Parma Ham, stuffed with Mozarella and Basil
Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
1 ball of Mozzarella cheese
8 cherry tomatoes
8 fresh basil leaves
8 slices Parma Ham
Method
Preheat the oven to 200 degree C.
Make a slit down 1 side of each chicken breast to form a pocket (season) S&P
Stuff each pocket with slices of mozzarella, 4 cherry tomato halves and a ¼ of the basil leaves
Wrap each chicken breast with 2 pieces of ham and season. Put on a backing sheet and cook for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through
